1. Delivery Times

This estimate takes into account the purchased items, their quantities, available stock, and the distance between our distribution center and the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery services are outsourced through logistics companies or postal services.

2. Shipping Costs

The shipping cost for product delivery is automatically calculated by the website at the time of purchase, based on the weight, volume, and quantity of the purchased products, as well as the distance between our distribution center and the delivery location specified by the customer.

3. Delivery Conditions

All products will be shipped according to the method chosen by the customer, within 1 business day of payment confirmation. The delivery time varies based on the selected shipping method. All customers will receive a tracking code to monitor their deliveries. If a product is returned to us (due to reasons such as "recipient absent" or similar), a new shipping fee will be charged for reshipment.

For the "In-Store Pickup" option, it is necessary to present proof of purchase. If the purchaser is unable to complete the pickup, it is required to show an identification document along with the proof of purchase or to contact us via WhatsApp.
